Facilitation and Away-days

These workshops help the team to take ownership of their own development.

Away-days can be run once or twice annually or as a single, stand alone event. They are most effective where a specific objective has been clearly defined by the team leader in consultation with their team.

Strategic issues often form the basis of these workshops. Vision, mission and values can also be explored, giving all the participants a sense of ownership and team identity.

Away-days are ideal for highly developed teams with a high skills level and high confidence in each other.

They are also very useful for teams embarking on a new project or facing significant change.

Away-days can accommodate large teams and groups of sub teams, who need to work closely together, or focus on just one small team in more detail.

Midas has a number of expert facilitators. This means that that the person with the most appropriate skill set can be chosen to facilitate each workshop.

Every away-day is unique, and will be geared to help you meet the objectives that you set for the workshop.
